What a GOOD stay, no complains at all. Pleasant place to stay with absolutely perfect location super close to a mega ski lift and good food. A nice size room and fairly clean bathroom with a hair dryer, a shower cap, and bath sheets. Absolutely stunning mountain view and satisfactory breakfast. Location right by the cable car, and the first gondola of the day.

Great restaurant and wonderful breakfast buffet. Very friendly front desk staff. Comfortable bedrooms, lovely bathroom. Quiet.
Had trouble getting waitstaff attention during dinner. Rather friendly, however, once they did serve us. One member of breakfast staff was rather abrupt, but the other girls were sweet. Considering the rate of the room, would be a really nice feature to offer free wi-fi to guests.

During our family's stay at this hotel, we were impressed with the convenience of the location, right beside the cable car. We were able to head straight out in the morning to the Fimabahn gondola for a full day of skiing. Our room was cozy and clean, with fresh towels provided each day. the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the packed lunches were perfect for taking on the slopes. the ski boot room was a highlight, as it was spacious, heated, and even had a TV screen displaying slope conditions.
One minor inconvenience we experienced was the close proximity of some of the dining tables, which made it feel slightly cramped at times.

Great stay at this hotel with excellent service from the staff. The breakfast buffet was delicious and included both hot and cold items. The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the surrounding area. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. A complementary walking tour of the city was also offered, which was a great way to learn more about the history and culture of the area. The free wifi was very fast and reliable.
The only negative aspect was that the room was a bit small, but it was still comfortable and had everything we needed. Additionally, the hotel could benefit from a fitness center or gym for guests who want to stay active during their stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a little desk and a big TV. The bathroom was warm and comfortable. The cleaning personnel's creativity in folding the duvet was commendable. The breakfast was one of the best we've had in a hotel, with a wide variety of healthy options to choose from. The hotel's location was super close to the mega ski lift, right next to the bahn and the Fimabahn gondola. The staff were very nice and gave us a warm welcome.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
